36 Syrian Families Leave al-Hol Camp in Hasakah

On Wednesday, the administration of al-Hol Camp, under the supervision of the Social Affairs and Laborers Authority in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), facilitated the departure of 36 Syrian families (127 individuals).
This marks the second group of Syrian families to leave al-Hol Camp. The families are originally from Aleppo, Homs, and Raqqa.
The Social Affairs and Laborers Authority of the Democratic Autonomous Administration continues to facilitate the departure of families wishing to leave camps across North and East Syria and return to their places of origin.
Sheikhmous Ahmad, co-chair of the Office for Displaced Persons and Refugee Affairs within the Social Affairs and Laborers Authority of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, called on the international coalition and the Syrian transitional government to cooperate with the Autonomous Administration in facilitating the exit of Syrian families wishing to leave the camps.
