The Euphrates Program has provided support to Al-Hol Camp and the Hasakah Fire Brigade with three fire trucks.

On Saturday, the Euphrates Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State, provided three fire trucks—two of which were allocated to the administration of Al-Hol Camp, and one to the Fire Department of Hasakah City. The handover ceremony was attended by a delegation from the Autonomous Administration of Jazira Region, the Hasakah City Council, and the administration of Al-Hol Camp, and took place at the Hasakah City Fire Department headquarters.
Mohammed Al-Barak, Deputy Co-Chair of the Executive Council of Jazira Region, expressed his gratitude for the efforts of the Euphrates Program in providing the fire trucks, describing the initiative as a significant step—particularly for Al-Hol Camp, which hosts many displaced families. He emphasized the importance of continued support for the region’s public service sector.
For her part, Jihan Hanan, Co-Chair of Al-Hol Camp Administration, stated that the camp had been in dire need of such support for over three years. She extended her thanks to all those who contributed to providing assistance to the camp.
Hevindar Mohammed, representative of the Union of Municipalities of the Jazira Region, described the support as a productive step toward cooperation, affirming that the Euphrates Program remains a key partner in supporting the public service sector in the region.
